I am an Italian, Sardinian at heart, in love with Sardinia since I was born. I enjoy the sea, unspoilt nature and the outdoors. I am a family person. I enjoy making people feel at ease and helping them enjoy the places that I am so passionate about. Property info

The house is arranged and decorated for practicality and comfort, I rent it out when not in use. It is simple and functional, it can accommodate four in comfort or six at a squeeze. The two bathrooms, both of them with shower and bidet, are a luxury that is not common for houses of this size. The communal private access to the seafront is great when you don't want to drive to beaches and/or when you don't want to have the crowd. The swimming pool and tennis court are also convenient. It's nice to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace while enjoying the view of the sea; and it is convenient to have the dining tables both inside and outside. We strive to constantly improve; since I started managing Casa Mughetto in 2018, most of the furniture and appliances and all mattresses have been changed, and wifi access has been added.

Neighborhood info

Sporting House is a condominium of 24 houses with tennis, wifi, swimming pool and private access to the sea. It is located within Villaggio Piras. Maddalena city and the beaches of Maddalena and Caprera are just a few minutes away by car. Renting a car is highly recommended in order to enjoy your vacation (getting to the property, getting to shops, getting to the beaches) if you come by plane; or you can come by ferry and bring your own car.
