New apartment, located on the first floor of an ancient and characteristic building not far from the historic center and the beaches, with private parking space, inside a parking lot with automatic gate. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room, balcony and 2 terraces, one of which is on the upper floor, where you can relax for an aperitif or sunbathe during the day, equipped with outdoor furniture such as chairs, table , sunbeds, deck chairs and shade sail. All services are for exclusive use, there are no common areas with other guests, guaranteeing total privacy. You will therefore have the opportunity to stay in an ancient residence with star vaults, with the convenience of modern services such as hot / cold air conditioning, espresso machine, kettle, fresh and clean linen, etc. You will find yourself in a strategic point that will allow you to choose whether to reach the nearby places of interest on foot in a few minutes or move comfortably by car, with the peace of mind of always having your private parking space available and free of charge on your return, avoiding endless rounds looking for a parking space, as the area is very busy and mainly with public paid parking. I await you at Casa Oberdan, so that you can feel at home during your stay in this wonderful land!
