Property info

We are a family-run accommodation facility, located in the main square of Vergiate, composed of two recently renovated residential units. Located in the main square of Vergiate, Casa Pasquee is a receptive structure consisting of three recently renovated real estate units. The number 2 is a three-room apartment of 75 square meters on two levels with an entrance on Piazza G. Matteotti, alongside there are numbers 8 and 10.  The 10 one on the ground floor and the 8 on the first floor are both two large two-room apartments of 60 square meters arranged on one level with an entrance in a typical Lombard courtyard. All apartments offer views of the square and are equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine, living room with FHD monitor with on-demand TV and PC service, internet with fiber optic, independent heating and air conditioning. Our structure is an excellent choice, we are only 14 km from Malpensa airport, in 20 min. you will be with us! Whether yours is a business stay or a holiday, we are within walking distance of the main transport services, 300 mt from the Leonardo S.p.A.and we have around us the main services such as restaurant,supermarket and pharmacy.

Neighborhood info

Our country has 9000 inhabitants divided into 4 hamlets and included in an area rich in history that has seen from the first settlements on stilts in 2500 BC to the battle of Hannibal against the army of Rome in 218 BC. C coming to the creation in 1935 of Savoia Marchetti, who built the airfield and the factories that still today are a reference point for the Italian aeronautical industry. We are in the greenery of the Ticino Park in a strategic position to visit Lake Maggiore, we are 1.5 km from Lake Comabbio which has a beautiful pedestrian cycle track that runs along with it entirely and connects it to the Varese lake cycle path. Our country is served by the Milan Porta Garibaldi - Domodossola railway line and in 50 minutes you reach Fiera Milano. If you love two-wheeled pedals we can be an excellent starting point for excursions on the road or in off-road routes we will be happy to we can recommend itineraries suitable for all types of sports preparatio
