Delightful and spacious one-bedroom apartment in the historic centre, special for its colours and frescoed ceilings, with its own small garden that will make your stay a pleasant one. Fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, TV and linen included. Located in a period house, on the historic bastions, in a quiet area with little traffic. Within walking distance are grocery shops, bakery, butcher's shop, café, delicatessen, restaurants, wine cellars, pharmacy, ATM and tourist office. The free car park 350 metres away is equipped with a High Power Charging station (50kW) for electric vehicles.

At Casa Pressenda you will meet the owner Silviana in person, you will be able to perceive her creativity and original personality inside the house and in its whimsical furnishings.

All the services and the best restaurants in the country are within a radius of 800 meters from the apartment. For everything else you will need the car. Nearby you will find the Red Giant Bench, the Brunate Chapel, the Cedar of Lebanon, the Barolo Castle and many others, the Municipal Cellar with exclusive La Morra wines. You will have the opportunity to organize excursions in truffle hunt, go trekking on the seven marked trails, visit and taste excellent wines in the various wineries, participate in events such as Mangialonga, Truffle Fair, Cheese, and many country festivals.
