The pet-friendly villa, surrounded by a large panoramic garden, offers stunning views of Le Marche countryside. Guests can take a short stroll to nearby vineyards and renowned wineries to taste local wines paired with typical regional products. The swimming pool and gazebo, equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, provide ideal spots for relaxation, while children can play safely. The interior spaces are organized into separate units with shared common areas, making the villa perfect for families or groups of friends. Guests can enjoy time together without compromising privacy. The location allows for a perfect balance between beach days and countryside excursions. The towns of Fano, Marotta, and the famous Senigallia are all within 16 km of the villa. Nature and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous trails for walking, cycling, or horseback riding, including the charming eco-cultural itinerary of the Valle dei Tufi, which winds through vineyards, olive groves, tuff walls, and historic villages. The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there’s a wide living room with fireplace as decoration only, a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a laundry area, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom.
