The apartment is located in a quiet residential area between the hamlets of Crone and Lemprato. Composed of a large living room with open-space kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double, a third bedroom used as a relaxation area and 2 bathrooms. From the bedrooms there is direct access to the private garden equipped with a table for breakfast and 2 sunbeds. The room opens onto the terrace equipped with table, parasol and barbecue, where you can have lunch/dinner outdoors. The residential complex has a public playground, located about 50 m from the apartment and visible from the outdoor terrace, this will allow you to supervise your children directly from it. 150 m away you can reach the pedestrian promenade which, running along the lake, allows you to reach the neighboring hamlets which offer various services such as restaurants, bars, newsagent's, grocery stores, beach items, pharmacy, bank, post office. A 5-minute walk away is the boat dock (for a fee) which will allow you to reach the wonderful beaches and enjoy a suggestive lake experience. Also, Wednesday is the weekly market day. Free Wifi
I'm married, I have 2 grown daughters who often help me with English during the reception, I love animals and I love to host. This is my first experience and after each stay I try to improve more and more, trying to better understand the guests and their specific needs. I love my home because it overlooks the mountains but is also close to the lake and the town. What makes it unique is the access from each room to the garden and the absolute privacy of it surrounded by meadows and woods. Accessible from the street via 5 steps and a pedestrian gate, it is ideal for accessing strollers or shopping!
It is a central area to all or main services. Equidistant from the main hamlets (5/10 minutes on foot) from the boat dock and from the beaches of Lemprato. Nearby there are numerous services such as restaurants, bars, newsagents, shops and self-service laundry that can also be reached on foot via a beautiful cycle-pedestrian walkway.
