This recently renovated house is spread over three levels and includes two separate apartments. It features four bedrooms—three enclosed rooms and two sofa beds in the living room—as well as three bathrooms. Air conditioning in all rooms, private Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace guarantee comfort during your stay. Outside, you will find a private garden in front of the building, perfect for lunches and dinners in the warm season. Two private balconies offer additional outdoor space for relaxation. Parking is available free of charge on the street in front of the property. Up to two pets are allowed. Events or parties are not permitted on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside, and you are required to separate waste for recycling. The location allows you to easily reach the lake and some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, including Porto Torchio with the famous Isola dei Conigli and Porto Dusano.
