ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: - Check-In will be done in presence and is FREE from 3 pm until 9 pm BEFORE 9 pm it will cost 20 EURO!!! - The Check-Out, done in presence, must be done BEFORE 10 am. - STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING is to be paid in CASH at the Check-In. - The POOL will be available from 11/05 until 05/10 and is ONLY heated by the warm Apulian sun!!! - In the two double bedrooms, two free cots can be added upon request for children aged 0 to 3 years. Discounted rates apply for children aged 4 to 17. PLEASE NOTE: - In accordance with the laws in force in Italy, upon arrival all guests will be asked to provide a valid document for registration with the Public Security authorities. - On arrival, you will sign a short rental contract for the days you have booked, as required by Italian law for ‘Tourist Leases’. - Parties cannot be organised and smoking is allowed ONLY in the common areas OUTSIDE. - IT IS FORBIDDEN to host persons NOT registered at the facility, even for a short period. - SWIMMING IN THE POOL IS PROHIBITED after the designated water maintenance hours!
