House located in the center of Stintino. The house is totally independent. 100 square meters at your disposal. It can accommodate up to 5 people so it is ideal for families, for a group of friends but also for couples who want to travel in comfort and independence. The house has free Wifi, Smart TV, ceiling fans (with remote control), oven, iron, washing machine, coffee espresso maker, electric kettle and toaster. For guests with small children are available cot and high chair and the possibility of daytime babysitting and nightly fee. The bed linen and towels are included. House consists of a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and 5 beds. Three rooms: a large bed, a bedroom with two single beds (with possibility of double bed) and a room with single bed. There is the possibility to use an extra bed, to be placed in a single room. The house also has two terraces where you can relax after a day at sea.
We are Davide and Maddalena. Are a young couple, who love nature, sea, sports and good food. We are fortunate to live in Stintino a quiet corner in our beautiful island.
Strategic location for those who enjoy a walk downtown or enjoy a day at the beach. The beaches are easily accessible in the summer season, with the shuttle or by walking, but also by bicycle thanks to the bike path that will lead you to the beautiful "La Pelosa" beach. The shuttle bus takes you to the beaches has its stop less than 50 meters from the house. As the bus that leads to Alghero Airport is 120 meters.
