Spendido appartamento situato al 7 ° Piano di un resident Privato, con vista sul balcone panoramica mozzafiato sul mare e montagne. Mare situato di fronte l'appartamento a 50 metri! Sia sabbia che scogli a voi la scelta. Vicinissimo dalla famosa spiaggia di mondello circa 3 Km. E Altrettanto dal Centro di Palermo tutte e 2 raggiungibili anche tramite mezzi pubblici a soli 10 minuti, bus Stop proprio sotto l 'appartamento. In piu nelle vicinanze abbiamo u migliori ristoranti e pizzerie con vista mare a prezzi modici dove potrete guastare anche cibi di nostra tradizione.
