Two bedroom central apartment for rent in an attractive neighbourhood with panoramic views. Situated on the second and last floor of a up market condominium, the apartment is composed of a spacious living space with kitchen, furnished with necessary utensils, an ample master bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with two bunk beds for four people, a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer and a spacious terrace well equipped to have a pleasant meal in the open, from which one can take in a beautiful panorama on the town. It is a one floor apartment furnished with all the home comforts you may need: microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, LCD TV, air conditioning in all the rooms and a reserved, covered, private parking space.
Five minutes’ walk from the pedestrian promenade, which in the evening comes alive with shops, stalls and shows for children, concerts and street artists, and a very short distance from all the main services (restaurants, pizzerie, pharmacies, supermarkets etc). Perfect for a family with children (crib and stroller available to request), and why not, if you have a small dog you could bring it along on holiday. The location of the apartment allows guests to easily get to all the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius and the surrounding coastline. Once arrived, a local lady will welcome you and show you the apartment. The town is about an hour by car from Cagliari and Elmas Airport. Linen and towels included.
