Maria was the name of our grandmother and we decided to start this business as a tribute to her. She loved cooking and her land. We decided to start this business to help people discovering Tuscany and offer the quality accommodation at reasonable rates. We always try to be on guests' shoes to meet the expectations with a smile on our face. We are proud to offer a complete concierge service with suggestions, bookings and info regarding the best activities to do. Holidays time is precious, we have to take the best!

Here are 8 reasons to come to us: 1- We are a small house, only 10 apartments therefore never too crowded. 2- Each apt with terrace or loggia for outdoor dining 3-We directly take care of cleaning with the utmost attention to details 4-We manage online check in before guests' arrival sending info before the arrival 4- Large pool and garden 6-Central location with close proximity (on foot) to a coffee bar and 3 restaurants 7- Free wifi 8- Fresh apartments, thanks to large walls our accommodation have always a great temperature
