Apartment is new, total area 192m² including terraces. Located in a quiet neighborhood (Madama, a sub-municipality of Zambrone) Enclosed parking behind a gate with camera security Private, 80 m² solarium with sea view (on the roof of the apartment). Private for you alone. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ... Dining area, living area, TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, outdoor shower,....
Quiet apartment, not far from the beach, bakery, and center. Although we advise guests to have a car for larger grocery shopping. Also we go a lot to the beach in Tropea, cleaner bleu flag.
Quiet neighborhood, peaceful 800 meters from the sea 500 meters from restaurant, pizza, pasta 'La Campagnola' 500 meters from new restaurant 'Daga' 1.5 km from the station 2 km from Zambrone beach and promenade 2 km from Zambrone center, bakery, butcher, and pizzeria at the end of the street, 500 meters away, there is always a market vendor with all kinds of fruits and vegetables (end of the street on the right) 47 km from Lamezia Terme airport 15 minutes from Tropea, Briatico, Vibo Marina
