During your stay, Mr. Carlo, a very kind gentleman, will be at your disposal on-site (residing in a third dependance within Casa William) to assist you with any needs.

Property info

It is a splendid 250 sqm villa with two dependances overlooking the crystal-clear sea of the Island of Elba, offering a wonderful view of Porto Azzurro and its gulf. The villa and dependances are nestled in nature within a private forest that descends towards the sea through a staircase. It is the ideal solution for spending holidays with family or friends while maintaining everyone's privacy thanks to its layout.

In addition to having private sea access, Casa William is located just a few minutes' walk from Naregno Beach and approximately one kilometer from the center of Capoliveri, as well as a few kilometers from Porto Azzurro.
