CAPACITY & LAYOUT The villa is arranged over three levels: Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. First floor: a total of 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom in the first wing; 2 bedrooms in a second wing). Lower ground floor (-1): room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom. OUTDOOR AREAS Private panoramic swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with sun loungers and parasols (seasonal, open in summer). Large covered and furnished porch, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners even on cooler evenings. Spacious fenced private garden with shaded areas and open spaces, perfect for relaxing, letting children play, or enjoying an aperitif immersed in nature. WEDDINGS & EVENTS Also ideal for hosting family and friends during events in the area, thanks to the generous indoor and outdoor spaces and the complete privacy of the property. PRIVACY & EXCLUSIVE USE The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests: no areas are shared.
