Originally built as a rural farmhouse, the property once consisted of several agricultural units that were gradually brought together. After the Second World War, two generations chose this place as their home, drawn by the calm of the countryside and its proximity to the sea. In more recent decades, the Casale was carefully restored by its former owner, Maurizio, who lived here for over thirty years. With patience and vision, he transformed the old farmhouse into a place of character, enriching it with artistic works and shaping the Casale into the distinctive home it is today.
