The staff was absolutely amazing, very professional but also happy and friendly. Bonus point for the breakfast, it’s one of the best I ever had. The room is very clean and the sea view beautiful.

The room is newly refurbished and bed was very comfortable. Daily cleaning of the bed and towel change were done.

This hotel is family owned and they treat you like family. We were greeted by Peter who told us there was another American staying there and introduced us. Then Adriana the owner came out and we all sat down and talked for a while. We were served some excellent sweet wine while we talked. The location is great and the sea view from the room was awesome. Our entire stay was fabulous. We got to visit the market which was full of good stuff. Don't forget to visit the food trucks! Yum!

Our stay at Hotel Excelsior was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to the center of Lanciano and nearby restaurants. A special thank you to Luisa, who was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, provide local recommendations, and make sure everything was perfect. Her outstanding hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable
