Property for exclusive use Casale Pavone is a completely independent stone farmhouse in a quiet area in the countryside close to Volterra, an area which the Etruscans dominated for centuries. It is surrounded by 3000 square meters of fenced garden, mostly lawn with trees and bushes. Available to the guests: a stonework barbecue and wood burning oven for pizza; a gazebo furnished with tables, chairs and two beach umbrellas is in front of the house and is ideal for outdoor meals. The infinity edge rectangular pool, completely fenced for children's safety, measures 10 x 5m with a depth of 1.5 m. It is in a bright position in front of the villa and has an outdoor shower, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, and tables for appetizers at sunset. The villa spreads out on 2 levels internally joined. The entrance leads into a large and very bright living room and dining room with large sofas, a wood stove, sat TV, and a wide table.The kitchen, which is in the adjacent room is fully equipped. On the same floor there is a laundry (washing machine, iron, iron board). On the gr. floor there are 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower for disabled. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor which includes a bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. The property has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room. The price includes bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen linen (changed weekly), pool towels, water, and gas consumption (but not firewood heating and pellet heating), electricity up to 200 kW/h (extra will be charged EUR 0,50 per kwh according to consumption) A small size pet is allowed upon payment of EUR 90,00 per week.
