If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.
