The property is located within the municipality of Terricciola famous for its wine, strawberries and honey. Immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape agreed upon by olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees, it is an ideal place for us to relax or want to visit the great historic cities that made Tuscany famous. It has been recently renovated consisting of two different apartments one consisting of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom and a studio apartment with bathroom. All bathrooms and entrances are independent and both apartments reside on the ground floor.
