The apartment Casetta in Versilia is located in an elegant small condominium in Città Giardino, the green and peaceful heart of Viareggio, just a short walk from the sea. Viareggio, known as the Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, is the most important tourist destination in Versilia. Famous for its sea, fine sandy beaches, entertainment venues, and surrounding natural oases, it is strategically located for visiting other major cultural and tourist destinations in Tuscany, such as Marina di Pietrasanta (6 km), Forte dei Marmi (8 km), Lucca with its ancient city walls (20 km, 15 minutes), Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower (25 km, 30 minutes), and of course, the queen of the Renaissance, Florence (100 km, 1 hour).

Paolo and Tania initially chose to work in the hospitality sector just for fun, as it was not their main occupation. Their greatest satisfaction comes from giving people from all over the world the opportunity to stay in Viareggio, explore Tuscany, and enjoy a pleasant holiday.

The apartment is located in a building situated in Città Giardino, the residential area of Viareggio. The neighborhood is surrounded by greenery and is very quiet. Its short distance from the sea allows guests to reach the beach on foot in just 10 minutes. Our apartment is in a highly strategic location: close to the Livorno-Genoa highway, near the pine forest for daily jogging, close to the sea, the town center, and the promenade of both Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. It is also conveniently near supermarkets and, last but not least, close to the popular aperitif triangle of Lido di Camaiore: Pinolo, Amadeus, and Cosmopolitan.
