The neighborhood is well served. In the area there are several supermarkets and many other important services. The historic center of Nardò is only 5 minutes away on foot. Here you will find restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, cafes, pastry shops, tobacconists, banks and shops for shopping. I recommend a walk to the local market which takes place every Friday if you want to buy typical Salento products and items at a good price. Nardò is centrally located in the province of Lecce so the Adriatic and Ionian coasts are easily reachable, the same for the main cities. The location is strategic because just 300 meters away there is the entrance to the ring road to move comfortably avoiding the chaos of the city, reach the beaches of the marina in 10 minutes (S.Caterina, S.Maria al Bagno, S.Isidoro, Rivabella , etc.) and in 20 minutes all the other most beautiful beaches of Salento (Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli). The wonderful Nature Reserve of the Porto Selvaggio park and the Captain's Marsh just 10 minutes away. Lecce is 25 km away, Otranto 54 km, S. Maria di Leuca 68 km, Brindisi airport 70 km.
