Located in a 120 sqm penthouse equipped as a solarium, featuring seating areas. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator. The property consists of 4 rooms: 2 double rooms, 1 triple, and 1 quadruple, all sharing common terrace areas such as a kitchennette and relaxation zones. Please note that during the winter season, and until April 30th, the outdoor kitchenette is not available for the guest's use. Guests can choose between rates that include breakfast (served at a nearby café) or without breakfast. The first set of bed linen is included in the price, while additional bed sheets and bathroom sets are not included in the rental cost and can be booked in advance. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Upon request/reservation, a self-service breakfast (with pre-packaged products) is available for a daily fee per person, as well as the option for a self-service lunch, also with pre-packaged products.
