The farmhouse, divided into two apartments, Vigneto and Oliveto, features a large panoramic garden, a fenced swimming pool (6x12 m, depth 1.60 m, open from May 1st to September 30th), a lovely Jacuzzi (for a fee), a gazebo with tables and chairs, a barbecue, a volleyball court, table tennis, swing, and shaded parking. I Cerretini is the perfect choice for families and groups with children: plenty of space to play freely, a safe and well-equipped environment, and a view that will take your breath away. It’s also a great base for exploring the Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana. Your four-legged friends are also welcome (a pet fee may apply). VIGNETO GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into kitchen-dining area with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. OLIVETO FIRST FLOOR: Accessed via a traditional external staircase, it features a spacious and bright living-dining area with kitchenette and fireplace, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. From the living room, you can access the panoramic terrace, equipped with table and chairs. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

In the heart of the Valdichiana Senese, between Tuscany and Umbria, the farmhouse "Podere Cerretini" awaits you: a peaceful retreat immersed in the countryside, where time seems to slow down and nature offers ever-changing views, season after season. The house, built in red brick following the Tuscan rural tradition, retains the authentic charm of old country homes, with simple yet welcoming interiors. The windows open onto a breathtaking hilly landscape that will captivate you every morning. Just a short walk away lies the small village of Valiano, easily reachable on foot, where you'll find cafés and small shops for daily needs. A short drive will take you to the splendid town of Montepulciano, a gem of the Tuscan Renaissance, with its elegant architecture and historic wine cellars carved into the rock — where, of course, you can taste the renowned Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. A dinner in one of the local restaurants or trattorias will be the perfect ending to your day. Nature and outdoor lovers can reach Lake Trasimeno in just 15 minutes — an ideal spot for water sports or relaxing moments by the shore.
