The light-flooded chalet has three luxuriously furnished double rooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with a large dining table, a fireplace, a cosy couch corner with television. The outside area captivates with a breathtaking mountain panorama. The large glass fronts and two balconies also reveal a direct view of the impressive Ortler, South Tyrol's highest mountain. The extremely spacious SPA area in the basement provides maximum relaxation. The wellness highlights include a whirlpool for six people, a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna, an exclusive shower area with cold and adventure showers and a 1.50 m deep cold-water pool. In the relaxation room, the fireplace ensures absolute well-being. The heated outdoor whirlpool offers a special wellness experience in the fresh mountain air.

We love to rent our chalet to other sports, nature and mountain enthusiasts. We love the mountains and nature, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing and cross-country skiing - and all this in the beautiful nature of the Alps with a luxury chalet as a base. We have fulfilled a dream for ourselves and want to share it. The modern architecture of the chalet, which consists mainly of wood, blends stylishly into the surrounding landscape and harmonises perfectly with the alpine backdrop. In summer, hiking trails lead from the chalet directly into the surrounding nature of the National Park and in winter, the ski areas are easily accessible by ski bus, which stops in front of the house on request. The Ortler region also offers numerous sights for those interested in culture. The Messner Mountain Museums MMM Alpine Curiosa and the underground MMM Ortles, which give an excellent insight into the history of alpinism and the glaciated mountain, are certainly worth mentioning. Despite its quiet location on the edge of the forest, the village centre with its cosy restaurants and shops is within walking distance of the chalet, so that your holiday can be enjoyed car-free.
