A vintage house dating back to 1635 which has been brought back to the life of the 21st century by their owners with love and care. Allow yourself to unwind with your loved ones. The chalet Zoll will spoil you with a mix luxury paired with tradition that lies close to the hearts of us “Pseirer” (Tirolean for: people living in the Passeier valley). What could be more pleasing than treating yourself to a good glass of wine in our old farmhouse, a game of cards amongst friends or just cuddling up next to our stove to gently fade out the day. A ONE OF A KIND CHALET WITH LOVING EQUIPPED AMENITIES: - 100 sqm living space + 300 sqm garden and adjacent wine cellar - A naturally kept bedroom built from pine wood to foster a deep and restful sleep - A light flooded spruce-wooded bedroom - A private suite with adjacent hay bed - Two generously sized bathrooms with showers - A traditional farmhouse living room with stove and satellite TV - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine - Private garden with grill station
We are a down-to-earth family that is sociable and cheerful in nature.
The setting is just perfect !! The beautiful spa town of Merano is 10 minutes away by car, or you can go directly to the capital Bolzano, only 40 minutes by car, for shopping. The Passirio path is located directly in front of the Chalet, and you can frequent the whole Val Passiria on foot or by bicycle. The Hirzer cable car is 500 meters away and takes you directly to the exclusive hiking area. You also have the opportunity to go rafting, kayaking or even just fishing.
