We have been living in Italy since 1999. At retirement we purchased this home, giving a total new direction to our lifestyle. This home required major restoration and as Piero comes from a construction background, personally saw to doing this work himself. Città Sant'Angelo is a lovely town offering all amenities and nominated by "Forbes" as one of the best locations to live in. The road access to the property is good with tarred roads, the motorway easy to reach and therefore beaches a 10 minute drive, skiing resorts 45/60 minutes. In the vicinity, horse riding facilities, a lake opposite the house, ideal for fishing. Many typical Italian country restaurants, Città Sant'Angelo Outlet Store around the corner.
