At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem. Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request. Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The room is furnished with a queen size bed, a fold-away kitchen, equipped with the necessary facilities for simple meals, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi. In the apartment there is a wi-fi connection, 24 "flat screen TV, a small washing machine, iron and ironing board, fan, hairdryer. Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat.

From the station you can reach the apartment on foot (20 min), by taxi (10 min) or by bus (10-15 min). The nearest parking, accessible without ZTL permission, is the Apcoa Parking in Piazza VIII August (10 mins walk).
