The 35m2 studio is on the ground floor of a beautiful historic house entirely at your disposal, without shared spaces, with a private bathroom inside the house. The beach is in front of the house, local buses and parking too. Train station 10 minutes walk. We are surrounded by bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Inside the house: TV with satellite, Wifi, air conditioning, radiator heating, mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, plates, cutlery, glasses of all kinds, cups; hairdryer, steamer, sheets, towels, bathroom products, space to work. The studio has a double bed and an armchair that can become a single bed. We also provide you with duvets and blankets, towels, umbrella and chair for the beach. Bars, restaurants, beach with other delicious places, in front of the house. Many parties and events in the summer, otherwise - silence and relaxation. In front of the house there is a delightful little garden with benches to relax, drink, smoke, socialize, make a phone call even for work, bring your pets.
