Cleo is a immersed in the Sicilian countryside, with an enchanting view of the sea. The property boasts large furnished verandas, including an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven, and it is entirely surrounded by a garden with varied and unique vegetation, including a small pine forest and an olive grove. The villa has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms and a large living room communicating with the kitchen and dining room. The furnishings consist of unique antiques, which characterise the villa together with an ancient fireplace and a large window that from the living room offers a view of the Gulf of Castellammare, from which one you will enjoy splendid sunsets. The property is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort, with a kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances for every need. Surrounded by vegetation, the villa allows for a stay in total privacy. A large area inside the villa is used for private parking for exclusive use.

I am Maria Rosa and I will be your host for the duration of your stay. I will welcome you coming to meet all your needs and I will be available for any information or suggestions on possible itineraries in the area. As a trekking enthusiast, I will be happy to show you the routes in the area. As a cooking passionate, on the other hand, and with a past in the restaurant industry, I will be pleased to let you taste typical local dishes or organise an aperitif at sunset. Do not hesitate to contact me for a personalized wine supply for your stay.

The villa is located between Palermo and Castellammare del Golfo. Just 20 minutes from Punta Raisi Airport and about 40 minutes from Trapani-Birgi Airport, it is a strategic base for discovering the northern coast of Sicily and some of the most renowned sites of historical and archaeological interest, including the temple of Segesta. Within a few minutes' drive you can already reach the nearby beach of Balestrate, along with the small town of Castellammare and the seaside village of Terrasini. 5 km away, you can visit the characteristic Borgo Parrini, renowned for its colours, architecture and culinary specialities. Near the property we find several sites for those who love sports: a 5 minute drive away is La baietta wakeboard club; 3 minutes away is the go-kart track and not far away is the Crossodrome.
