King-size bedroom (that's right: it's just one room) with its own bathroom and direct access from the street, in the attic of a traditional townhouse (which we simply call a "viareggina" around here), built before the 1940s but very recently remodeled. Warning: 2 flights of stairs to climb!

We are a husband-and-wife couple from Italy who moved to Viareggio hoping that every day here would feel like a holiday. We are fiercely opinionated about beaches, restaurants, nightlife, the famous Carnevale and other local leisures: do feel free to ask us about anything!

Our home is a 10-minute's walk to the seafront, at most, and the same 10-minute's walk to the entrance gate to the Carnevale parades in February. And it's just a 3-minute's walk from the railway station: enjoy the comforts of staying downtown and forget about driving. It's also quite convenient to make your base here and visit other destinations by train, such as for example getting to Pisa in 15-20 minutes.
