Como Country House is a cute and wide appartment (110 m2), located in a small village named Cavallasca, ready to host couple, family, small group of friends and every other kind of traveller. The space is great for 2 to 4 people and the position is really comfortable: *5 min from the exit Como Centro of highway A9 *8-10 min to Como city centre (8 min from Como central station) *5 min to border between Italy and Switzerland (10 min to Chiasso, 30 min to Lugano) *40 min from Malpensa airport This spacious apartment, located on the first floor of two family house, is equipped with all the amenities desirable in order to make guests feel at home. The furnitures are comfortable and in country style. The living area is comfortable and well furnished with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen; the bedrooms area is furnished with typical furniture of Como houses of some years ago. The bathroom, with a large bathtub and separate shower, contains a set of everything that is commonly found in a hotel.

My availability during your stay at Como Country House will be total, for any doubt, problem or information I will be available at my phone number and I will be in the appartment just in 1 minute (I live and carry out my profession in a house located in the same courtyard). However, I want to highlight how I care about the privacy of guests, my closeness must not be seen as an intrusion, but simply as a resource for any need should arise.

The country in which I live, Cavallasca, is a small town of 3,000 souls in a wonderful setting of fields and hills. Just in 3 minutes by car you can have access to the regional park of Spina Verde, wooded area with numerous easy pathes. In 30 minutes of walking you can arrive at some areas with a unique view of Brianza land and Como city and lake too. A 5 minute walk from the house you will find a fresh and relaxing park, adjacent to the complex of the ancient Villa Imbonati. There you will find several towering ancient trees and two streams of fresh water coming from the nearby Monte Sasso (612 meters high) , which is also easy to reach by foot. The apartment is located in a privileged position nearby to several interesting point: * 50 meters from the bus stop, from there in 15 minutes you will be in Como (I always keep some tickets available for guests) * 8 minutes from Como city centre and from Como San Giovanni Central Station * 5 minutes from Switzerland * 40 minutes from Malpensa airport and 55 minutes from Linate Airport
