It is a cozy typical Tuscan stone house, located in a splendid panoramic position, close to all amenities. The house is located in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful places in Tuscany and Umbria. Only 6 km from the A1 exit Val di Chiana, in 30 minutes you can reach Siena, Arezzo and Perugia. Cortona, Lake Trasimeno and the Val d'Orcia with Pienza, Montepulciano etc., is approximately a 25-minute drive. Florence in about an hour. The village of Foiano della Chiana with all the facilities and can also be reached on foot (1.5 km). For shopping the 'Valdichiana Outlet Village is only 5 km.

Just 2 km from the village, a charming house equipped and tastefully furnished. The farmhouse is located in a panoramic position immersed in the quiet Tuscan countryside. Guests have access to a beautiful infinity pool for exclusive use, and a beautiful garden where the two small dogs of the family relax. Strategic location for tourists. Free Wi-Fi. The house is on a good position for visit beautifuller places of Tuscany and Umbria. They are far 6 km from the exit of higway A1 Valdichiana. In 30 minutes you can reach Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Cortona. Trasimeno lake, Val d'Orcia, Pienza, Montepulciano are on 25 minutes by car. Florence is only one hour far. The little village of Foiano della Chiana with all services and restaurants, can be reached by foot There is Valdichiana Outlet Village only 5 km away to have a wonderful shopping day too.
