The "corte" is a building situated in the center of Nardò. It's composed of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a courtyard and two terraces where it's possible to admire the city and many of its most important monuments. On one of the two terraces there is a relax zone equipped with two tables, chairs and a beach umbrella. The building has been renovated recently , the forniture is modern and designed in any detail. The peculiarity of this building it's on its roofs , feautered of "volte a stella", a tipical component of the ancient buildings of Nardò.
Nardò is a wonderful city that allows to its citizens to live a good life. I can do a lot of activities in contact with nature such as walks in the park of "Porto Selvaggio". I often have some relaxing moments watching the enchantings seacoasts of "Santa Maria al bagno" and "Santa Caterina" near Nardò. I advice anyone to come and visit my town.
Nardò is a city which name derives from Nerito (from ancient greek Nar that means water). In the center of Nardò there are many monuments from the baroque period, one of these is "Piazza Salandra" and a lot of churches. There is also a castle built between XV and XVI century, and many other huge monuments like the cathedral. The city also has many beaches, all very popular and famous. Nardò is far 25 km from Lecce and 10 km from Gallipoli.
