Italian Homing provides a complimentary welcome kit in all properties, together with all the information you need about your accommodation. Customer Care is available exclusively via instant messaging apps or email during the following hours: 09:00 - 19:00 - until 22:00 on the day of check-in. The amount displayed on the booking platform includes both the property owner's rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement and will result in two separate accounting documents being issued to the guest at check-out. It is forbidden to accommodate minors unless accompanied by their parents. Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Descriptions and rules: It is mandatory to complete the Fast Check-in via email in order to receive the information required to access the accommodation. You will be asked to provide your personal details, sign the mandatory online rental agreement with the property, and complete facial identity verification. The rental agreement will specify that it is mandatory to provide the required security deposit by credit card as a guarantee against any potential damages.
