The property is 100 metres from the pristine beach of costa Rei (scoglio dell’elefante). It has all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday at the beach. Walking everywhere from the house is easy, no hills to climb or difficult paths. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores etc are all less than 2-3 minutes away and the beach is a 7 minute walk down a path used only by residents so the beach is less busy than others in the area. Please ask on arrival and I will be happy to explain where the path is.
