Costa Smeralda House, completely renovated to ensure high standards of comfort, consists of a large lounge, dining area, kitchen, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, large covered verandas from where you can enjoy a suggestive view overlooking the Gulf of Cugnana and the surrounding countryside. The choice of materials and the way to treat them belong to a design methodology typical of Sardinian constructions of the past. The symbiosis between nature and culture, environmental and social respect and the technological solutions adopted have embraced the eco-sustainable philosophy in order to reduce the environmental impact.
Costa Smeralda House is located in Cugnana, in a reserved area, surrounded by greenery, offering total privacy, close to all services in the heart of the Costa Smeralda. The Gulf, a real natural port sheltered from the strong winds, is situated in the immediate vicinity of Porto Rotondo and Portisco, from where you can easily reach the famous white beaches of Rena Bianca, Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli and Marinella, which offer wonderful, breathtaking scenarios through their crystal-clear sea. The Villa is immersed in a 10,000 square meters plot, comprising lawn and typical Mediterranean plants such as Myrtle and Wild Lavender.
