The structure of ancient construction in a hilly area planted with vineyards with beautiful views is located a few kilometers from Trento and Bolzano. The apartment has just been renovated into a house of two units; ground floor with independent entrance and garden; includes 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 double bedroom and 1 with 2 single beds); 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom; large living/kitchen. Garden equipped. Free private parking. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Bed linen and towels provided. Cot and high chair on request. The house surrounded by greenery is ideal for taking a break and reflecting in harmony with nature.
My husband and I are a couple of retired teachers, we have recently renovated the family country house of the '700 and thought of renting one of the two apartments for tourist use. We like the idea of receiving people from all over the world and making new acquaintances.
You are not going to have any neighborhood, just you and the nature.
