Recently renovated apartment equipped with all comforts a few steps from the center of Taranto. Free 1Gigabit Fiber Optic Wi-Fi connection is available, kitchen complete with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washer-dryer, independent cold-heat AAA Daikin air conditioning system for each room. It is about 10 minutes from the free and equipped beaches of the Salento coast road towards the south of Puglia (direction Marina di Taranto, Marina di Pulsano, Marina di Lizzano etc.), The house is 5 minutes (1.8km) from the Punta Penna bridge which connects Martina Franca and Alberobello in 30 minutes; in 1 hour Matera, Locorotondo, Lecce and Bari. Starting from 01 June 2023, the Municipality of Taranto has approved the payment of the tourist tax of 0.5 euros per person for bookings from 01 May to 31 October. The same will be paid directly to the accommodation facility, also through the booking platforms, which will pay the municipal administration.
Quiet neighborhood. Free parking on public road. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, a fish market, pharmacy and all kinds of shops a few tens of meters from the house. You can use your own transport or local buses, rental scooters and taxis.
