We are Luca, Janeth and Maria, a family that lives in the beautiful area of ​​Città Sant'Angelo. We love animals, mountain walks, the sea and good reading. Luca has also been the Chief Delegation of the FAI (Italian Environment Fund) of Pescara for 5 years and knows the most beautiful places to see in the province of Pescara and in Abruzzo.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house, has an independent garden, a parking space is present inside the enclosure of the house. The building was built and completed in August 2019, so brand new! Internally it is furnished in a simple, elegant and functional way. It consists of a large air-conditioned living room with two lounges, a walkway and the dining room, we then have a well-equipped kitchen, both spaces overlook the garden at the disposal of the apartment. We also have an air-conditioned double bedroom and a bedroom that is always very cool even in summer, with two beds made up to form a double bed, designed for children. In addition, a comfortable bathroom contains a large shower and a washing machine. Outside the garden scratching of the beautiful Paduan hens that make fresh and delicious eggs!
