The house, which is in a quiet location, has its own well-tended gardens, as well as stunning views out over the countryside and hills beyond. -Damage deposit: Euro 400 will be charged for the groups under 21. -The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit), Euro 200, must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. - A Tax Town is also to be paid on the spot at EUR 1.00 per person, per day up to 6 days; guests under the age of 12 are exempt. - If necessary, GAS for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of the climate, must be paid on the spot, EUR 1.00 mc.
