Camping Gajole is run with great dedication by sisters Danielle and Doris Turra, who welcome their guests to one of the most beautiful and still little-discovered corners of Italy. The campsite is small enough for a homely atmosphere and personal contact, yet offers enough facilities for a comfortable stay. The peace, the lake and the unspoilt nature have been deliberately preserved — this is not a campsite for mass tourism, but for people who truly want to get away from it all. Guests will find a varied range of lodges, from larger accommodations for families to compact and cosy tent options for couples. All accommodations are carefully furnished with attention to comfort and atmosphere.

Camping Gajole is a small-scale and peaceful nature campsite, beautifully situated on a lake in the Veneto region, on the edge of the Dolomites. The campsite is run by sisters Danielle and Doris Turra and has a relaxed, authentically Italian atmosphere. Water, forests and mountains surround you on all sides. The campsite has its own small beach area 500 metres away, perfect for swimming, stand-up paddling or pedal boating. A range of comfortable lodges is available, all equipped with an espresso machine, hammock, lounge furniture and a barbecue, most with private facilities. On site you will find an outdoor playground, bicycle hire, a restaurant and snack bar within walking distance, and a supermarket 3 km away. Fresh bread is available on the campsite daily. In the evenings, only the crickets break the silence.

Camping Gajole is located in Arsiè, a hidden gem in the green province of Belluno, surrounded by the impressive Dolomites. The lake near the campsite is the centrepiece of any stay: swimming, kayaking, canoeing, rafting and stand-up paddling are all possible. Mountain bikers and hikers will find routes through the surrounding forests and mountain paths for every level. A 34 km drive brings you to a lively historic town on the river, from which you can easily and affordably travel by train to Venice. A visit to the historic city of Trento is also well worth the trip. For families, there are adventure climbing parks in the region. Thrill-seekers can try paragliding, and those who love panoramic views will find stunning viewpoints throughout the area. The region combines adventure, culture and relaxation in a truly unique way.
