DIMORA|45 offers two contemporary apartments inside a historic building in the heart of Sinalunga, in the Valdichiana area of Tuscany. Guests can choose between two different atmospheres: Garibaldi, overlooking the historic piazza of the borgo, featuring a small private terrace and views stretching across the countryside towards Montepulciano; or Leopoldo, with a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views over the Valdichiana landscape. The apartments are designed for a comfortable and relaxed stay, with self check-in, fully equipped kitchens, and thoughtful attention to detail. DIMORA|45 is a family project created by Manuele and Elena. Manuele combines creativity with craftsmanship and personally curated many of the furnishings featured throughout the apartments. He has a deep passion for objects from the past and dedicates himself to restoring furniture, as well as vintage motorcycles and Vespas. Elena works in communication and cultivates a strong interest in the arts, especially photography, which is reflected in the atmosphere and visual identity of the apartments. Together with their children, Matilde and Matteo, they imagined DIMORA|45 as a space where contemporary comfort meets the character of a historic building, with careful attention to detail and an authentic connection to the local territory.
