"Dimora Caterina" is a beautiful Villa with sea view, located in the turistic area of Geremeas, 30 km from Cagliari. The garden with its fruit trees, aromatic plants and typical plants of Mediterranean scrub, surrounds the Villa offering its guests absolute privacy. "Dimora Caterina" is a typical Villa with sea view, with two large patios, one of them with fireplace, a beautiful and lush garden rich of plants and fruit trees, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a small but fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized. Before your arrival, we'll contact you to ask for your personal data. We will personally welcome you at your arrival, show you the house and give you the keys. We inform our guests that from 1 June 2025 the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena has introduced the tourist tax. The tax will be collected in cash directly at the property.

Neighborhood info

Geremeas is a small touristic place 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius. It is a complex of houses and villas very close to the beach. In few minutes by car you can enjoy other really beautiful beaches, such as Kala e Moru, Mari Pintau and Torre delle Stelle. In 25 minutes you will reach Villasimius and its amazing beaches. The property has a private entrance and the possibility to park the car inside.
