Our home welcomes you with spacious, bright interiors designed to make you feel on holiday while enjoying all the comforts of home. The heart of the house is the large living area — a warm and inviting space where you can relax on the comfortable sofa bed, share meals around the dining table, and prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The sleeping area features two cozy double bedrooms with wardrobes, one of which includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower for added privacy and convenience. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a small wardrobe, perfect for children or friends. The second bathroom, enhanced by a whirlpool bathtub, offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the charming hilltop villages. Outside, you’ll find a private, fully fenced area exclusively for guests. Here you can enjoy outdoor breakfasts or dinners under the stars at the dining table, or simply relax in the lounge corner with a small sofa and armchairs. The house is accessed via a driveway that passes through the owner’s courtyard, and the parking space is located just in front of the owner’s home. To ensure maximum comfort in every season, the house is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning (one unit in the living area and one in the hallway to cool the sleeping area). Our home welcomes you into the authentic heart of the Marche countryside, surrounded by rolling fields, ancient olive trees, and vineyards that change colors with the seasons. Here, time truly slows down: as you walk along the scenic country roads, you’ll meet only local residents, the sounds of nature, and views that soothe both the eyes and the soul. The area is a small treasure trove of experiences. Predominantly agricultural, it is rich in outstanding food and wine traditions, offering local products and genuine flavors to be discovered at a relaxed pace. Thanks to its strategic location, every day can be a different adventure: in just 15 km you can reach the sea, with the beaches of Civitanova Marche and Porto Sant’Elpidio, perfect for a day of sun and relaxation; or you can head inland and, in less than an hour, arrive in Sarnano, a charming village at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains, an ideal starting point for hiking, outdoor sports, and scenic trails within the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The area is also famous for its shoemaking tradition: in nearby Montegranaro you’ll find several outlets where you can enjoy a pleasant day of shopping. If you’re looking for cultural experiences, the nearby towns of Macerata and Fermo offer theaters, events, and a rich historical heritage. Food lovers will be spoiled for choice as well, with excellent seafood restaurants along the coast and traditional meat-based cuisine in the countryside. You can also explore places of great charm and spirituality, such as the Abbey of Chiaravalle di Fiastra, set within its natural reserve, or the evocative Abbey of San Claudio in Corridonia, believed by some to be the burial place of Charlemagne.
