Entire apartment of 95 m2 located on the noble floor (second floor) of a historic building from the early 1900s. Given its position in the center of Turin, from the balconies it is possible to enjoy an exclusive view of the Church of the Gran Madre di Dio and the Monte dei Cappuccini. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of adding 1 single bed, an entrance hall with a desk, a living room with TV and the possibility of adding 1 other single bed, a large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and shower. , and an equipped kitchen, also with TV. Super connected by means of transport to all places of interest and to the Porta Nuova railway station (bus 61), Porta Susa (bus 56 and tram 13).

The apartment is located in the center of Turin is 400 m from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and 1700 m from Piazza Castello. The house is located in a very lively and elegant context with bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants and pizzerias offering a wide choice of food. Supermarket and pharmacy within easy walking distance.
