Welcome to my home away from home. I am a recently retired educator of 39 years from California. I am of Italian decent and I have always embraced my culture. My first trip to Italy 12 years ago brought to fruition all the beautiful stories my grandparents would share when I was young. Since then I have trekked to my homeland multiple times and decided a few years ago to purchase a home here. What a labor of love it has been. I love to travel so being here has made it so nice to have a stopping point to experience other enchanting places in Italy and beyond. I love the outdoors and fitness. I have three adult children and a beautiful grandchild all of whom have been a part of my home here. I hope you will enjoy your peaceful time here at Dimora Pellegrino just as I do.

Dimora Pellegrino is located in a quiet residential area on the grounds of Villa Verbena, a gated property just minutes walking distance to city center. Walking is easy for most to many places of interest in town whether you want to enjoy a peaceful Italian breakfast or afternoon aperitivo or stroll to the river for an early evening dip in the water. We are on the mountain side with gently sloping streets and amazing mountain views from every angle. Neighbors are few and the sound of roosters crowing sweetly fills the air. Shades trees abound. Torre Pellice is rich in history and culture including the Waldesian Temple and Waldesian Museum. There are other churches and places of worship that welcome visitors as well. There is easy access just outside the doors of Dimora Pellegrino for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy the beautiful valleys and trails of the Val Pellice with opportunities for hiking, cycling, photography, and exploring. Scenic drives are amazing too if you have a car and Turin is just a 45 min car ride away.
