Is Traias Beach, reachable on foot (300 m) from home. It is a splendid beach characterised by fine white sand, bathed by a crystalline sea that takes on wonderful colours with various shades of blue and turquoise. The seabed is mainly sandy and low, with some rocks emerging, and slopes gently towards the open sea. It is located within a bay protected from the mistral, bordered by two small cliffs near which the beach becomes pebbly. Thanks to its position it is protected from the winds coming from the north west and the seabed populated by fish is much appreciated by those who practice scuba diving and snorkeling. The suggestive panorama is enriched by the view of the Island of Serpentara and for those who want to learn more about the history of the ancient Sardinian population nearby there is the necropolis of Accu is Traias. Parking a few steps away is free and the beach is not very busy because it is little known.
