Nestled in the peaceful Apulian countryside, just a few minutes' drive from Polignano a Mare, Conversano and Monopoli, this charming holiday home offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. With a 300 sqm private garden, the property provides a true oasis of tranquility, complete with private parking, an inviting barbecue area, and a charming 20 sqm private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and unwinding on warm days. The 80 sqm house welcomes guests with a lovely veranda, a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a practical sofa bed, as well as two bathrooms for maximum comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV. A delightful retreat for a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature, while remaining just minutes from the lively town center.
We are Francesco and Nicla, a couple deeply in love with our land and with hospitality. We created DolceApulia Country House with the desire to offer our guests an authentic stay, surrounded by olive trees and close to the sea, in a carefully designed and relaxing environment. We enjoy personally welcoming our guests, recommending beaches, charming villages, and typical restaurants, and helping them experience the most authentic side of Puglia.
