My apartment is included into an original historical familiar house of the 17th Century in the hamlet of Pescul, Municipality of Selva di Cadore. My flat is equipped with a modern heating system and it is very close to the departure station of the Ski Civetta ski area (50 metres), that can be reached also with ski boots on. In my house guests will find something which is "typically dolomitic": an original Stube equipped with a marvellous masonry stove and wood-paneled walls
I am Angela, I live in Bologna for most of the year, but since I was a child I spend lot of my time in my house in Selva di Cadore in the Agordino area in the geographic centre of the marvellous Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. I really love these fascinating places and I know them very well for a life span now; if interessed, if this is your first time here in the heart of the Dolomites, I can give you some suggestions about what to see and what to do in the Dolomites, I am very happy to have the occasion to house many foreign visitors that can in this way enjoy our marvellous Dolomites, come visit me!
If you'd always wanted to visit the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, no place is better than Selva di Cadore and the Agordino area: amazing landscapes, an enchanting natural setting and a lot of majestic peaks of the Dolomites! Many unique attractions can be reached easily from Selva: Mount Civetta and the Ski Civetta ski area (right in front of my house), the Giau Pass, the Staulanza Pass, the Falzarego and Valparola Passes, Cortina d'Ampezzo (20 minutes by car), Mount Marmolada (20 minutes by car), Alleghe, Falcade, Arabba and the Sella Ronda ski tour, Trentino and Südtirol (30 minutes by car).
